SHIPPING

Your shipments from Safana Online will be delivered with our shipping team or arranging with shipment company all over Saudi Arabia. If you are outside of the urban area, we will ask you to receive your shipment from nearest shipping company branch to you

• Your order (in stock) will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
• Your order (out of stock) will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks or you will be informed.
• Delivery charges are calculated as following table.

If you are not satisfied with the product because of defect that happened to it during shipping or you received a different product, we at Safana Online will do our best to make it easy and fast.

All you have to do is call our customer service who will assist you accordingly at 920001561 or send an email to sales@safanaonline.com.

The product can be return within 7 days, or exchanged within 14 days from purchase day and:

• The product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact. Where there is break or defect by the customer, the company will not accept the return.
• The original invoice must be presented.
• Products that have been opened and have a manufacture defect can be replaced with the same item.

PROCEDURES AND LOCATIONS FOR REFUND

• The customer can refund the product(s) by returning it to any ‘Safana Online’ Warehouse (see Contact Usfor warehouse location) for free and provides conditions above.
• The customer can return the product(s) by sending them to The Shipping Company. In this case, the customer may pay shipping costs if any.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price of the product and any applicable delivery charge.
  • Delivery charge will be refund only if, as a result of such error, you receive:
    1. a wrong product
    2. a manufacturing defect
• If you paid by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 14 work days to the same credit/debit card used during the order process. (please take into consideration any further time your bank may require to complete the process).
• If you transfer payment to our bank account, then refund will be returned to the same payment account within 3 working days.
