which supercedes all state and local efficiency requirements.
? fully automatic controls—fast acting surface-mount thermostat for
automatic temperature control. factory installed sensitive manual reset
energy cut-off for safety to prevent overheating.
? direct heat transfer with a single immersed element—transfers heat
directly and efficiently to the water. screw-in style element.
? vitraglas® lining—bradford white tanks are lined with an exclusively
engineered enamel formula that provides superior tank protection from the
highly corrosive effects of hot water. this formula (vitraglas®) is fused to the
steel surface by firing at a temperature of over 1600°f (871°c).
? 1 non-cfc foam insulation—covers the sides and top of the tank,
reducing the amount of heat loss. this results in less energy consumption,
improved operation efficiencies and jacket rigidity.
? water connections—3/4 npt factory installed true dielectric fittings
extend water heater life and eases installation. located on the side for
easier installation.
? alternate top water connections—the 6 and 12 gallon models have
alternate 3/4 water connection tappings on top.
? protective magnesium anode rod—provides added protection against

? t&p relief valve included—all models have special tapping on side

Your shipments from Safana Online will be delivered with our shipping team or arranging with shipment company all over Saudi Arabia. If you are outside of the urban area, we will ask you to receive your shipment from nearest shipping company branch to you

• Your order (in stock) will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
• Your order (out of stock) will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks or you will be informed.

The product can be return within 7 days, or exchanged within 14 days from purchase day and:

• The product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact. Where there is break or defect by the customer, the company will not accept the return.
• The original invoice must be presented.
• Products that have been opened and have a manufacture defect can be replaced with the same item.

PROCEDURES AND LOCATIONS FOR REFUND

• The customer can refund the product(s) by returning it to any ‘Safana Online’ Warehouse (see Contact Usfor warehouse location) for free and provides conditions above.
• The customer can return the product(s) by sending them to The Shipping Company. In this case, the customer may pay shipping costs if any.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price of the product and any applicable delivery charge.
  • Delivery charge will be refund only if, as a result of such error, you receive:
    1. a wrong product
    2. a manufacturing defect
• If you paid by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 14 work days to the same credit/debit card used during the order process. (please take into consideration any further time your bank may require to complete the process).
• If you transfer payment to our bank account, then refund will be returned to the same payment account.
