الشحن سيتم تسليم طلباتك من سفانة اون لاين عبر فريق الشحن لدينا أو الترتيب مع شركة شحن خارجية في حال كان موقعك خارج نطاق المدن الرئيسية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. إذا كنت خارج المناطق الحضرية ، فسنطلب منك استلام شحنتك من أقرب فرع لشركة الشحن إليكم. 

سيتم تسليم طلبك (متوفر لدينا بالمخازن) في غضون ثلاثة إلى اربعة أيام عمل. 

سيتم تسليم طلبك (غير متوفر) في غضون 3 إلى 4 اسابيع أو سيتم إبلاغك لاحقا. 

يتم احتساب رسوم التسليم على النحو التالي :

يمكن إرجاع المنتج في غضون 7 أيام ، أو استبداله في غضون 14 يومًا من يوم الشراء و:

• يجب إعادة المنتج إلينا بنفس حالة إستلامه وفي الكرتون الأصلي. في حالة وجود كسر أو عيب من قبل العميل ، لن تقبل الشركة الإرجاع.
• يجب تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية.
• يمكن استبدال المنتجات التي تم فتحها وفيهاعيوب في التصنيع .

الإجراءات والمواقع لاسترداد

• يمكن للعميل استرداد المنتج (المنتجات) من خلال إعادته إلى أي من مستودعات "سفانه اون لاين" (راجع اتصل بنا لموقع المستودع) مجانًا وتوفر الشروط أعلاه.
• يمكن للعميل إعادة المنتج (المنتجات) عن طريق إرسالها إلى شركة الشحن. في هذه الحالة ، يتوجب على العميل دفع تكاليف الشحن إن وجدت.
  • بمجرد استلام وتفتيش المنتج (المنتجات) المرتجعة ، سنقوم بإسترجاع سعر المنتج وأي رسوم توصيل مطبقة.
  • لن يتم استرداد رسوم التسليم إلا في الحالات التالية:
    1. منتج غير المنتج المطلوب
    2. عيب في التصنيع
• إذا كنت دفعت عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان ، فسنقوم باسترجاع مبلغ الطب على نفس الحساب المستخدم للدفع في غضون 14 يوم عمل. (يرجى مراعاة أي وقت إضافي قد يتطلبه مصرفك لإكمال العملية).
• إذا قمت بتحويل المبلغ إلى حسابنا المصرفي ، فسيتم إرجاع المبلغ المسترد إلى حساب الدفع نفسه.
